Blazer Crests are emblems or logos that are hand embroid-ered by skilled artizens over seas and are custom made for professional golf, fraternal organizations and clubs. The art is made on the computer, using a drawing programs like Illustrator or Corel Draw. Then the art is sent to the vendor with a call out sheet depicting where colors, fabrics and bullion are to be used. The Bullion is an armature wound copper wire that is gold or silver plated. It is then cut into various lengths and sewn directly to the fabric and embroidered portions. Every crest is 100% hand made and therefore no two are exactly alike.
I have created over 4000 of these for blazer jackets, souvenir pillows for professional sports teams, political parties, reenactment groups and world flags. I have also created crests for presentation awards for state and world governments, banners, jewelry and hair accessories.
A blazer crest can be made for any occasion and with any design, they are
economical, durable and provide an elegant solution to both badge and product branding applications. There are three different types of mounting applications; flanged for direct sewn on, pin for pins and clutches and plain backed for magnetic backs. And the cost per piece is very affordable too, even with a 300% markup you would still not break $20.00 per piece price.
