These drawings are made to show the different internal operating parts of subassemblies and in this case valves. These examples were made for the Marquardt Company a now defunct aero space company that in it's day produced valves and thrusters modules for Apollo program, all telecommunication satellites and for the control modules for th Space Shuttle.

Marquardt valves were known for their double and triple redundancy designs and 0% fail factor, they always worked, Marquardt valves were the last word when it came to valve quailty.

These are a series of valves used for both in rocketry and ramjet engine configurations, their duty cycles were 5 times that of any other valve in their class, weight and size on the market of the day.
